A nearby resident reported being kept awake until 4am after the 'sad' incident
Hertfordshire Constabulary were called to Market Street, Watford, at around 1.35am today following reports of the incident.
He was taken to hospital by the ambulance service but his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening. It is currently unclear how they were allegedly sustained, and whether the victim and suspects were known to each other. Herts Police have been asked for clarification.Police searched the area before their investigation led them to an address where they arrested two men. They remain in police custody as of this morning as investigations continue.
