An early Monday morning Wawa run might have cost a man his life.
, the man, who was not immediately named in initial reports, was stabbed in the stomach around 4:15 a.m. Monday in the parking lot of the Wawa store on the 1600 block of S. Christopher Columbus Boulevard in South Philly.
Philadelphia police, who continue to deal with a marked increase in violent crime across the city, had few leads in the early going of the investigation. 6ABC reports police were hoping to review surveillance camera video to get a better description of the suspect and his or her possible motive in the fatal stabbing.
