A gunman opened fire, striking both victims outside NYCHA’s Nostrand Houses at Brown Street and Avenue V in Sheepshead Bay around 5:10 p.m. Monday, police said. The man was shot once in the buttocks and once in the chest. He was rushed to Brookdale Hospital, where was pronounced dead.The teenager was shot in the chest, right knee and right hip. She was also taken to Brookdale Hospital and is expected to survive.
