Man rushed to hospital following major incident near River Clyde 🔴
999 crews raced to Clyde Street around 1pm on Friday afternoon following reports of an injured man.The age of the man has not been revealed.
However, it is understood the man was not in the river. The Glasgow Times has asked Police Scotland why the water rescue unit was deployed. "We dispatched an ambulance, the SORT team and the Trauma team to the scene, and the patient was transported to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.” "Operations Control mobilised two water rescue units and one rope rescue team to the scene, where firefighters remain working to support their emergency service partners."
