A man proposed to his partner on stage at the Kiss Haunted House Party in Liverpool's M&S Bank Arena. The crowd erupted into cheers as the couple, Stacey and Shaun, walked out onto the stage. Shaun expressed his love and appreciation before getting down on one knee and asking Stacey to marry him. When she said yes, the audience's cheers intensified and pyrotechnics shot up from the stage. Hosts Leanne Campbell and Scott Hughes congratulated the couple on their special moment.
The Kiss Haunted House Party took place at the arena on Saturday night. A number of artists including Becky Hill, Rudimental, Zara Larsson and Jax Jones were on the bill for the Halloween event.
However, the crowd was at its most animated when the couple, called Stacey and Shaun, walked out onto the stage between performances. He said: "You've changed my life, we've been through some of the best times ever and you've stuck with me through some of the toughest times of my life. That has taught me to appreciate it and not waste any moment in time. "So in front of at least 15,000 people , I want to know, would you make me the happiest man alive? Will you marry me?"
He then got down on one knee. When she said yes, pyrotechnics shot up from the front of the stage and the audience's cheers intensified.Scott added: "This is fantastic. Make some noise - she said yes. Congratulations to the happy couple, what an amazing night for them, what an amazing night for you.
