Semi-detached home turned into cannabis farm - grower legs it but doesn't get far
A man turned a semi-detached house into a sophisticated cannabis farm. Police found 100 plants in the property in Northwich. They also found Eduard Miceli, inside the home, who ran off when officers arrived, but was caught after a 15 minute chase on foot.
The court heard how on March 2 this year officers conducted a warrant an address on Walker Road, Winnington. In a statement Cheshire Constabulary said: "Upon entering the address officers discovered that the semi-detached property had been turned into a sophisticated cannabis farm containing more than 100 cannabis plants. Miceli was also inside the property, however he attempted to evade officers and flee the scene on foot.
