A 19-year-old man hid in a bathroom stall at a soccer complex in Boonton Township last month and secretly recorded three women, authorities said.
Justin N. Emker, of Butler, was charged July 22 with three counts of invasion of privacy following his arrest at the Rockaway Valley Aerodrome fields, theEmker was nabbed by police after someone reported a person had been in a stall for an “extended period of time,” officials said. He was found inside and an investigation revealed Emker recorded three videos of women using the restroom facilities, the prosecutor’s office said. The soccer fields are on the site of aEmker was released but is subject to monitoring, banned from returning to the Rockaway Valley Aerodrome fields and allowed only limited cell phone use, authorities said.
