Police are investigating as a suspect remains at-large in a fatal shooting at a Fort Worth apartment.

No arrests have been made in a shooting that left a 61-year-old man dead in his Fort Worth apartment earlier this week.

Officers responded to an apartment complex Monday evening in the 9100 block of Summit Oxbow Road near Chisholm Trail Parkway after a person went into the residence and found the man lying dead on the floor inside, according to police. The man was identified as John William Hicks, according to Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s office records.
