Liverpool's Premier League meeting with Manchester City at the end of November has been brought forward to a 12:30pm kick-off, moving away from the scheduled start time of 5:30pm.
That reasoning is according to a report by the Daily Mail, which explains recent incidents involving the two sets of supporters is the thinking behind this change being made and the later slot being "banned" - a decision apparently made by the local safety advisory group, which includes police. In the Premier League game at Anfield two months prior, a number of City fans sung offensive Hillsborough chants and left graffiti referencing the 1989 disaster in the toilets inside the Reds' ground.
