Man City rival Arsenal for 'Club Shop FC' title by releasing new Chinese New Year kit MCFC AFC
Manchester City aren’t content with going after Arsenal in the Premier League title race, they’re also going for their retail arm too.
The Gunners have built something of a reputation for releasing alternative, limited edition new jerseys to their millions of fans around the world on a regular basis.Ederson also featured on the kit designed for Chinese New Year Their library of different kits in bold new designs has become so huge, and loyal fans are handing over their cash for each and every one, that rival supporters have taken to calling the Gunners ‘Club Shop FC’.The reigning Premier League champions announced the release of a new limited edition collaboration with Puma, designed to tap into the Chinese market.
Man City stars such as Ederson, Kyle Walker, Kevin De Bruyne and Erling Haaland all featured in the promo video for the new release, which was filmed in Manchester’s Chinatown.While the new jersey is attractive with a deep blue base and gold trim, the link to the rabbit isn’t immediately obvious.
