Viktor Tshobo was due to appear in court today
Police said officers were called to reports of a sexual assault of a female at an address on Sunday . Viktor Tshobo has now been charged with one count of rape.
The 44-year-old, whose address on official court documents is listed as unknown, was due to appear at Manchester and Salford Magistrates' Court today . He has been remanded into police custody to appear at Manchester Magistrates Court this morning .
