The 21-year-old is facing an aggravated assault charge for allegedly punching Bob Kelly in the face after throwing water at him in Sea Isle City.
Patrick Iannone, of Sea Isle City, was charged with third-degree aggravated assault, according to municipal court records.Kelly, a traffic anchor who often does features highlighting Jersey Shore towns in the summer,
that a man threw water at him at Oar House Pub moments before the assault. He had a swollen eye during the television appearance.alleges Iannone punched Kelly in the left side of his face and that the television personality briefly lost consciousness. Kelly suffered lacerations to his eye socket.
