A man has been charged with murder after a woman was reported missing in east London.
The Metropolitan Police said Aminan Rahman, 45, of Orchard Place in Tower Hamlets, will appear at Barkingside Magistrates' Court on Thursday charged with the murder of 24-year-old Suma Begum. Ms Begum was reported missing from an address in Orchard Place on Sunday 30 April, and has not yet been found.
The force confirmed that Rahman and Ms Begum were known to each other, but did not give details of their relationship.
