Authorities have charged a Monmouth County jail inmate in the death of another inmate at the facility, officials announced Sunday.
Ferrara was found unresponsive in the kitchen at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution around 5:20 a.m. Saturday and medical staff rendered aid, officials said, but he was pronounced dead at 6:03 a.m.
