His charges of attempted burglary and vehicle interference are in connection with an incident in Whinnie House Road in Carlisle, yesterday .In a statement, Cumbria Police said: "Richard Mark Foster, aged 50, of no fixed address, was charged today with attempt burglary and vehicle interference. He is remanded in custody ahead of appearing at North Cumbria Magistrates’ Court tomorrow .
