A 38-year-old man is to appear in court after he was allegedly seen clutching eggs in the Granite City yesterday
A man has been charged with an alleged breach of the peace as the Queen's coffin passed through the streets of Scotland on Sunday. It is the second breach of the peace charge related to the procession this weekend.
Thousands gathered to watch the coffin journey from Balmoral to the Palace of Holyroodhouse in Edinburgh. It passed through several towns and cities including Aberdeen. The spokesperson said: "A 38-year-old man was charged for a breach of the peace in the vicinity of Duthie Park, Aberdeen, on Sunday, September 11, 2022. He was released on an undertaking to appear at court at a later date and a report will be sent to the procurator fiscal."
