Foster has been charged with one count of murder and four counts of felonious assault in Franklin County Municipal Court. A hearing for Foster is scheduled Thursday.Columbus police have announced that four teenagers, including two 14-year-olds, sought in connection with the December homicide of an 18-year-old on the city's Northwest Side are all in custody.
