A San Antonio man was arrested on suspicion of sexually assaulting two teenage girls while they were skipping school, court records showed.

Carlos Baltimar, 49, was charged with two counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child. His bail was set at $200,000.One of the girls, 15, told police that she was skipping school with a 16-year-old friend when they met Baltimar in a local apartment complex. Edgewood Independent School District police officers were trying to stop the teens when Baltimar pulled up driving a dark four-door sedan and offered the two a ride, according to an affidavit supporting his arrest.
The pair initially refused the ride, but they got into the car when they saw a school officer. Baltimar asked the teens if they were running from police and offered to buy them drugs and alcohol, the arrest affidavit said. After Baltimar gave the girls alcohol and methamphetamine, he took them to a nearby park where the 15-year-old passed out from the substances, police said.
Police accuse Baltimar of sexually assaulted the 16-year-old in the sedan while she slept. Also, the 16-year-old told police that when she woke up, Baltimar was sexually assaulting the 15-year-old, who was still passed out.
