A Bond Hill man is accused of pushing a woman's naked body out of his apartment window.
Shannon Ashcraft-Saylor was found dead outside of Howard's Anita Place apartment building on Sunday, Oct. 8.They say Howard admitted to having an ongoing sexual relationship with Ashcraft-Saylor.
He also told them he pushed her body out a window, causing it to fall about 20 feet. He then allegedly dragged her body to a grassy area, where it was found by others.Howard is charged with abuse of a corpse. tampering with evidence and obstructing official business. He's held on $120,000 bond.
