Andrew Stinson, 31, pleaded not guilty to the charges
Anthony Stinson, 31, pleaded not guilty to the charge and will stand trial at Preston Crown Court on August 21. Officers were called to reports of an assault in the Mill Hill area of the town at 7.55am on March 4, 2023.
