Police arrested Shon Bright, 40, after he waited on top of a car for them to arrive on the scene,Bright has been charged with reckless endangerment and weapons offenses, according to the district attorney’s office, theThe D.A. office said Bright can’t have a gun due to a drug conviction dating back decades.
According to police, he got out of his car in the middle of traffic, got on top of his car and fired a shot into the air. The police added he dropped the weapon, sat on top of the vehicle and waited to be taken into custody.
