Maya Jama has racked up more than 19 minutes of screen time already LoveIsland
Love Island fans should get used to seeing a lot more of new host Maya Jama, with ITV bosses already giving her nearly double the screen time afforded to former presenter Laura Whitmore.
Ever since Caroline Flack presented her first series, fans of the hit dating show have always kept track of the host's screen time. “Of course, it remains to be seen how often producers will call on Maya, but so far viewers seem thrilled by the extra airtime for the host.” The extra screen time for Maya comes after she said she intended to visit the new South African villa as often as possible but will still need to be in London each Sunday to present the spin-off show Aftersun.
