Gabby Allen drove her fans wild as she showed off her incredibly ripped physique in a sizzling new Instagram clip on Saturday.
Highlighting the full extent of her definition, the 30 year old went on to flex her muscles while smiling widely at the camera as she plugged her next "total shred challenge". "TOTAL SHRED AND SCULPT is created for those of you who want to burn fat whilst building long lean muscle," she wrote. Gabby added: "Over the next 6 weeks, with a beautiful combo of functional training and HIIT, we are going to work together to shred fat, sculpt and tighten your body with extra attention paid to your abs and booty!
Gabby's followers praised her picture, with one person dubbing her an "inspiration" in the comments, while another said she had "signed up" for her challenge.
