LoveIsland fans call out Mitchel for his reaction during 'brutal' villa vote
With week three in the Love Island villa now in full swing, the Islanders were once again pulled from their comfort zones on Tuesday night’s episode, when a surprise appearance from Maya Jama saw the couples asked to decide who they felt was the least compatible at this stage of the competition.
As each couple gave their verdict on the least compatible pairs, at the conclusion of the voting, Sammy Root and Jess Harding and Mitchel Taylor and Leah Taylor were the two couples who had received the most votes each. While the revelation was undoubtedly a shock to many fans, it wasn’t the brutal shakeup that got them talking, but rather Mitchel’s bizarre facial expressions after it was revealed he and Leah were deemed to be incompatible, something that was hardly surprising given they had both confessed to simply being in a “friendship-couple” rather than a romantic one.
A second viewer also noticed the expressions and commented: “Mitchel rolling his eyes and acting confused. He’s literally in a friendship couple with Leah."
