ice cream is about to give me a full-on Cookie Monster moment. The UK-based company is officially bringing five cookie butter ice cream flavors to the US — and they're all swirled with actual Biscoff cookie chunks!
Flavors include Lotus Biscoff's Original ice cream, Chocolate Brownie, Salted Caramel, Belgian Chocolate Chip, and Blueberry Cheesecake, and the pints will be available in stores this July. Meanwhile, the company's ice cream bars, which will be available in October, are dipped in a layer of cookie butter and coated in a thick layer of Belgian chocolate. So, yep, it's time to rock my sweet tooth's world.
