UPDATE: A 66-year-old man allegedly killed by his son outside his League City home this morning is identified as longtime Clear Creek ISD teacher.
FROM LEFT: Clear Creek ISD Teacher David Liggio Nicholas Liggio, charged in connection with his father's murder.– A man was taken into custody after fatally injuring his father, a Clear Creek ISD teacher, then broke into a home while trying to evade police in League City.
Officers with the League City Police Department were dispatched to the 200 block of Wood Hollow Drive near South Shore Boulevard around 5:15 a.m. Officers then witnessed Nicholas Liggio running inside the house and locking the door from the inside.
