The Tristan Foundation focuses on offering free CPR classes and water safety courses to those in Bexar County.
TheThe nonprofit was formed after 2-year-old Tristan Bird tragically drowned. Her father started the Miss Tristan Foundation as a way to make sure families could be aware of water safety and how to administer CPR.
“The likelihood of someone needing CPR is going to be someone you love,” said Jenny Shreve, the development CPR director for the foundation. The foundation offers free CPR classes. The CPR classes can teach you how to administer CPR on adults, children and infants.
