Logan Chalmers admits he's been able to fall back in love with football after returning to Ayr United.
He reckons the backing of boss Lee Bullen has been key in giving him back the swagger which had been eroded while failing to make the picture at Tannadice. "There's nothing better than 3pm on a Saturday and knowing you have a game. Maybe in the past it's been a case of training all week for potentially nothing come the weekend. You don't really feel like a footballer as such, whereas here you're building up all week knowing you're going to be involved to some capacity and as a footballer that's all you want. And I think that's why I enjoy it here so much.
He said: "We went through a spell of playing well earlier in the season but not getting the results, which was frustrating, but now we're starting to turn those performances into wins. For me, the main thing is coming here and getting goals and assists. Me and Murph are getting a lot of chances to create and shoot on goal and it's really playing into our hands as wingers.
