The “Juice” singer performed on the December 21st episode, hosted by Eddie Murphy. First up, she sang her iconic hit “Truth Hurts,” decked out in a Dapper Dan x Gucci trench coat, lace-up boots, eye-catching jewelry, and glittery holiday makeup. With the help of her band members and backup dancers, she undoubtedly revved up the entire audience — not to mention all the people watching at home.
Later in the show, the stage was adorned with snowy trees and hills, making it look like a scene right out of— the perfect backdrop for Lizzo’s festive rendition of “Good As Hell.” Gone was the trench coat with the plunging neckline; instead, the singer donned a cinched tuxedo jacket and matching pants, while her backup dancers were draped in green fabric and bows, as though they were holiday presents coming to life.
