The festival is happening the same week the city will come together to celebrate Pride
The 11-day festival, which takes place annually at St Luke’s Bombed Out Church, will coincide with the city’s annual Pride celebrations. The event is set to feature 18 shows spanning 24 performances throughout the week starting Monday, July 24.
With Liverpool City Region’s Pride Festival taking place between Friday, July 28 and Sunday, July 30, LTF shows have been specifically programmed on these dates to complement the weekend celebration. Rounding off the line-up is Welshman Morgen Hugely who is known for his routine of one-liners, rolling stories and observations.
The show, performed by Edge Hill University musical theatre students, aims to transport audiences back to the music, style, and freedom Shout! follows five groovy gals as they come of age during those glorious days that made England swing. Dame Fanny and her fabulous friends Dame Fanny is “delighted” to be returning to LTF after how her performance was received at last year’s event.
