The carnival started on Bold Street and ended at Liverpool ONE, attracting a large crowd of spectators.

As Halloween falls on Tuesday , people flocked to town on Saturday to celebrate. There was also a band of drummers who stopped on Bold Street to perform.
Rather than presenting a conventional depiction of zombies, the parade's theme delves into the origin of the idea. The Kongo word for 'soul', 'nzambi', eventually transformed into 'zonbi' as enslaved Africans were taken to Haiti. Through this, the Vodou religion emerged, combining African traditions with those from the Caribbean. The 'zonbi' theme symbolises the eternal connection between the living and the departed.
The carnival started on Bold Street and made its way through the city centre before a finale at Liverpool ONE.
