Whistleblower Ryan Vassar, the former deputy attorney general for legal counsel, is expected to return to the stand on Friday in the impeachment trial of Ken Paxton.
Paxton Impeachment Trial: Whistleblower gets emotional
Vassar got emotional on the stand Thursday when asked about Ken Paxton referring to whistleblower as rogue employees. Vassar also testified that he and the other whistleblowers felt they had to go to the FBI or Paxton's actions would get "more extreme."
