In July, BBC Breakfast presenter Naga Munchetty referred to her own personal experience of being subjected to racism during a segment about controversial remarks made by US president Donald Trump. On Thursday, the BBC ruled that Munchetty's comments breached its guidelines as "guidelines do not allow for journalists to give their opinions."The fast-food chain is testing out Beyond Meat at 28 of its locations in Southern Ontario, Canada.
The "Plant, Lettuce, Tomato" burger will be available for 12 weeks starting on September 30.The whistleblower said White House officials who listened to the call were "deeply disturbed" by Trump's requests that Ukrainian President Zelensky investigate former Vice President Joe Biden, according to an unclassified version of the complaint released Thursday morning.
