Blinken met his counterparts from Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the UK and the EU on the sidelines of the Ukraine Recovery Conference in London. "They underscored their continued support for Ukraine in responding to Russia’s brutal war of aggression," it added. He met Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal and discussed the need for Ukraine to continue to implement reforms to establish an environment for investment, the State Department added.
