BREAKING: Police have released a statement
shut down their club offices and shop after the incident reported last night at 9.49pm. Officers have been seen investigating the area, sealing off the stadium and there are reports of staff being asked to stay away.
A West Yorkshire Police spokesman said: "Police were called to attend at Elland Road football stadium following reports of a security threat to the premises. Investigations are currently ongoing to establish the credibility of that threat. The report was received at 9.49pm last night."Leeds United issued a statement earlier this morning.
