😡 Shocking vandalism which has ruined a couple's new car
Just nine days after buying a new car, a couple from Lincoln woke up to find a window smashed and their dash camera stolen.Samantha and Paul Harrison reported the incident to the police on the morning of Sunday, June 18 – as they woke up to see damage to their new car on their driveway at Langton Road.Samantha says it has cost them £200 to cover the damage and theft, and it has also apparently resulted in a loss of their no claims bonus on the car’s insurance.
Samantha says: “We know the incident is nowhere as serious as a major crime, but it’s devastated me and I feel violated. We have done nothing wrong yet it’s costing us three years no claims and to pay out £200 excess fees for their mindless act of vandalism. A spokesperson for Lincolnshire Police said: “Incident 155 of 18 June, reported at 10.49am relates to a report of vehicle damage on Langton Close in Lincoln.
