Liam Payne's girlfriend said that he is out of the hospital and 'doing so much better' after the musician was hospitalized for a kidney infection last month.
"So I've gotten a lot of comments about Liam asking how he's doing, and I just want to let everybody know that he's doing so much better," Cassidy said as she got dressed for a London Fashion Week event. "He is out of the hospital and he is in good hands."The news comes almost one month after Payne, 30, was forced to postpone the entire leg of his South American tour, plus a concert in Mexico, due to the health emergency.
"It's with a heavy heart I have to tell you that we have no other choice but to postpone my upcoming tour of South America," Payne wrote in . "Over the past week, I've been in hospital with a serious kidney infection. It's something I wouldn't wish on anyone, and doctor's orders are that I now need to rest and recover.", said that he was "beyond excited" to hit the road, but would now have to put his recovery first.
"To all of you who have bought tickets: I'm so sorry," he added.
