Those using the stretch along the River Ribble say it's becoming 'dangerous' and 'forgotten' - with pedestrians regularly having to walk in the road due to blocked pavements:
the hazards people face on the road including obstructions in pavements and how authorities are not implementing safety measures.The resident, who asked not to be named, said: “Cars and vans from the two garages park on the pavements completely obstructing walking on it. This means having to walk on to the main road and rely on cars avoiding you.
