and his wife urged young people, ages 18 to 30, who are members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, not to delay marriage or having children. Oaks went on to say that affordable housing and difficult finances shouldn’t be a reason for postponement. He wants young people to go “forward with faith,” and do the best they can.No ideas about how to buy a house in a diminished housing market or how to pay for an education without incurring debt were forthcoming.
