Gareth Ainsworth outlined Queens Park Rangers' lack of transfer backing as a reason for the loss to Leeds United
Queens Park Rangers manager Gareth Ainsworth has highlighted Leeds United’s transfer spending as a reason to stay positive despite tasting defeat at Elland Road. The Whites forked out around £30million on new arrivals ahead of the new campaign.

“Even at 10 men, we were trying to get the equaliser. We’ve been playing some great stuff. Tonight, we didn’t really get a hold of the ball. It turned over too many times. It wasn’t to be. Elland Road is a tough place to come for any team and they’ll be right up there at the end of the season.”
