Leeds United defender Joe Rodon was forced off during the second half against Huddersfield Town
Leeds United suffered an injury blow during the second half of their Yorkshire derby against Huddersfield Town on Saturday lunchtime as Joe Rodon was forced off. The Tottenham Hotspur loanee looked to be in discomfort after he shielded a Town pass out of play before going down to ground.
Up until Rodon's withdrawal it had been a near-perfect afternoon for the Whites, who bounced back from Wednesday's defeat at Stoke City in style.A blistering first half saw both Dan James and Crysencio Summerville both bag braces as the Whites went in 4-0 up at half-time. Farke's first pair of substitutions saw Sam Byram and Crysenscio Summerville replaced by Luke Ayling and Wilfried Gnonto.
Rodon has been a key part of Farke's defence since his season-long loan switch from Spurs in the summer.
