Leeds United's hopes of signing Joe Rodon on a permanent basis may hinge on securing promotion to the Premier League. The Wales international has starred since arriving on a season-long loan deal from Tottenham in the summer transfer window.
Some supporters have called for United to sign Rodon on a full-time basis and it appears from Spurs boss Ange Postecoglou's latest comments that the 26-year-old is unlikely to figure in his long term plans. Postecoglou has stated his desire to bring in a new centre-back when the transfer window reopens this summer.Spurs are already well-stocked at centre-half, with Cristian Romero, Micky van De Ven and Radu Dragusin on their books.
