There is 40 minute delays from Leeds train station
There are reports of disruption to trains going from and through Leeds on Thursday morning following a fire on one of the trains. The fire has caused all lines to be blocked fromLots of trains have been cancelled following the fire, and delays are expected until at least 10am on October 5.Trains have been affected on CrossCountry between Edinburgh and Birmingham New Street / Plymouth. LNER between Leeds and London Kings Cross.
Northern between York and Blackpool North, and between Leeds and Bradford Forster Square / Knottingley / Skipton/ Ilkley / Retford / Selby / Goole / Doncaster / Sheffield / Chester / Manchester Victoria / Lancaster, and between Hull and Halifax. And, TransPennine Express between Leeds and Huddersfield, and between Newcastle / York / Scarborough and Manchester Piccadilly, and between Saltburn and Manchester Airport, and between Hull and Liverpool Lime Street.
