Law firm Stinson LLP is growing its Dallas footprint with plans for a new downtown office.
Kansas City-based Stinson expanded to Dallas in 2018 and has an office in the Oak Lawn area. Now the firm is eying a new office in downtown Dallas’ Chase Tower. The 14,000-square-foot office is on the 29th floor of the Ross Avenue skyscraper and will open next month, according to planning documents filed with the state.Last year Stinson expanded its Dallas operation with the addition of two partners focused on the real estate sector.The firm’s move to Chase Tower comes as the office high-rise’s signature tenant is planning to move to a new location on Woodall Rodgers Freeway.
Chase Bank has announced that its flagship downtown operations will move to the Hunt Consolidated headquarters tower at 1900 N. Akard Street. Stinson is the latest of several new office tenants to land in downtown Dallas, including Lerma Advertising, Imaginuity and Integrity Marketing Group.
