Birmingham Water Works customers in Latino communities across the metro say they are still dealing with overpriced bills even though the utility reports that billing practices have returned to normal. BWWB customer Daly Macedo said she has been having problems with her bill for a property she purchased in Warrior since shortly after the pandemic began.
