That’s very much the spirit of Miss Honey: treating children as equals, as opposed to — as Miss Trunchbull would call them — maggots. Igozie is like Miss Honey in that she is a mentor to Thuso Mbedo’s Nawi. Was that on your mind when you filmed these movies?
