When they say the best, they mean the best
A one-room West Lancs pub serving ‘the best beer humanly possible’ has been crowned Pub of the Year for the fourth time in a row.

Admitting that the pub didn’t ‘often make a big deal’ about winning awards, he said everyone was looking forward to celebrating five years at the venue on Saturday , when the award was going to be presented at 8pm. He added: “We don’t often make a big deal about it, but after five years, and winning this award four years in a row, we’re just celebrating a bit with all the staff and regulars coming in, as it’s nice to celebrate every now and then.
