Aston Martin driver Lance Stroll 'may have contravened FIA rules, policies and procedures' at the Qatar Grand Prix.The 24-year-old threw his wheel, appeared not to observe correct weighing protocols and is also accused of pushing his personal trainer as he left the garage.
