It's happening -- total funding for the future Puente Hills Regional Park is now at nearly $110 million, after a $28 million infusion from the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors.
"These communities have had to deal with a landfall in their backyard for decades," Supervisor Janice Hahn, who co-authored the motion, said in a statement.
