King Krule, the stage name of British musician/songwriter Archie Marshall, releases the second single from his forthcoming album,, along with a stylish music video. The track, “Alone, Omen 3,” was actually previously debuted through the artist’s short filmThe music video for “Alone, Omen 3” was directed by Marshall’s close friend and collaborator Jocelyn Anquetil, who also co-wrote the song.
“I felt like I had gotten out of a dark place, and I was on a high,” said Marshall of the inspiration behind the song. “I appreciated the depression … but I also liked how I felt better in the here and now.” Watch the music video below and see the cover art for “Alone, Omen 3” while you’re down there, plus King Krule’s tour dates.
